Following the example of God’s incarnation in the person of Jesus Christ, Logos Communities exists to strengthen local communities around the world through strategic investment in the people, infrastructure, and capacities that enable those communities to flourish.

Logos Vision

Consistent with our belief in the nature of God’s love, which at the same time is as broad as the whole world and as deep as the depths of every single person, we prioritize decisions and investments that impact the greatest number of people while taking into consideration the unique needs that people face, especially those who are least advantage to acquire the material means for life.

Logos Vision for the Current Scholarship Programs

As a general rule, special cases of individuals requiring greater financial investment will be considered by the Logos board of directors and the partners within the country responsible for distributing the scholarship funds. The basic minimum parameters to approve a special case are a clear financial need beyond the normal expectation for educational cost, uniquely promising skills, talent and maturity to ensure success and solid return on investment. Legitimate financial need and viability for success must be proportionate to the increased level of support.

With respect to the educational component of our organization, we seek to educate and equip people in low and middle income countries in order to attain employment and pursue their life goals and dreams. Our organization seeks partnerships through natural community partnerships, that is to say through people with whom the board and our partners are personally connected.
